Marcy Davis is a great Realtor. She helped my wife and I through all aspects of selling our house in Coral Caye, Placida, FL. Marcy helped get our house ready to sell after hurricane Ian came through. She got people through the house to quote on fixing it up, to what it looked like before Ian. Marcy also listed and sold our house, which most realtors do not do. That's what makes Marcy a great Realtor.

Eileen was referred to us by our neighbor. We had an unusual real estate request, as we were interested in a certain property that was not for sale (yet). She researched and followed through until she connected with the owner, who lived outside the U.S. Eileen was professional, persistent, and very responsive in a challenging situation. She is also a very kind and caring soul. I would highly recommend Eileen for any type of real estate transaction and would definitely use her again as our realtor.
