Working with Heather has been amazing. I've been working with for over a year, and she's someone that will make sure you purchase the right house. When we first started working together, Heather took the time to understand what I was looking for, and helped me strategize the best way of getting my portfolio started. As I was working with a limited budget, inflated house prices, and a great deal of competition within the Sarasota/Siesta Key region, she took the time to bring me to over 20 showings. During my search for a home, she was persistent in finding me the right deal, and a turnkey home in the right location. She's very sweet, but never sugar coated anything for me, and always spoke her mind. With Heather's help, I was able to purchase a turnkey duplex, in a residential area that's growing in demand. I currently have a tennant covering my mortgage for the duplex, and I'm working on purchasing my next home. I highly recommend working with Heather!

Absolutely the best . She and Tanner made this so easy. It’s tough to deal with contractors when you’re not there i was lucky to have a friend from Green Bay to help with inside work. Jenkins did roofing . It’s suppizing how the price goes out of site like a simple slider door. I would be embarrassed to give the quote like that but you live and learn . Carol thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ana is just amazing! We have had the pleasure to work with Ana on three occasions; twice selling and once purchasing a property with her. She has been the consummate professional in all of the transactions. She understands the Sarasota market, and with Michael Saunders & Company's resources behind her, she knows where the market is going, and, crucially, what is the right price whether you are selling or buying a property. She is detail oriented just in the right way, but at the same time she sees the big picture - the goal of bringing together a buyer and a seller to close on a win-win transaction. We lost our home to Hurricane Ian six months ago and it has been a journey ever since. We are PA born and raised but Englewood is our second home. It's a lifestyle like no other-beautiful area and wonderful people! We worked and planned for retirement and in one day everything changed. One of my many calls on our trip down to see our damage was to Anna(our Michael Saunders Realtor). Anna was always a great source of information and a local that we trusted. Anna told us she was retiring but referred us to Mary Helen. How blessed we were to have Mary Helen come into our lives at that time! She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and spent quality time listening to our needs and concerns. She kept us focused on positive issues instead of all the negative ones from Ian and its aftermath. Mary Helen sold our Lemon Bay property shortly after it was listed and found our new beautiful home during the same timeframe. She has an amazing work ethic. Heather is very knowledgeable about the area and is great with her pricing strategies! She estimated the rent I'd be able to get for my condo and was right on the money. She was very helpful along the way. I will be recommending her in the future.

Irene is an outstanding realtor . After buying or selling 20-25 properties she is the best we have worked with to date . She has a high degree of integrity . She is honest and extremely responsive to any question you have . We are new to Florida so don’t know her other than our recent transaction but we have worked a a lot of realtors over the years . She is the best . Not just for the buyer but the seller too ! We will use her and Michael Saunders for and future real estate transaction we have in Florida .
