We were fortunate to have the Saunders Company as our represenatives for our home sale. The Addy Wittig group consisting of Gail, Ian, and Heather guided us through a sale that could have been very difficult .However they smoothed all the rough spots and made us comfortable in the process. Exceptional agent! Phillip was very understanding and passionate with his work. My wife and I had a limited time to purchase a property in areas that we had never visited. He showed us houses from Bradenton to Venice beach. He was very patient with us in our search for our house. He only wanted to make sure that we found a house that we loved. When he was out of town, he introduced us to Wayne who helped us in his absence. The two of them were awesome and we would highly recommend them!

Mark Boehmig was my realtor. He did a superb job. Being that I was in Illinois, he was able to send videos and photos to me of the various properties that I was interested in. He, also, sent video/photo updates on the home that I was building over the course of 1 1/2 years. I’m very grateful for Mark’s assistance. He, also, came for my walk-through on my new home. He gave me guidance all along the way and to the very end.
