I have used many realtors. Sharon Ross by far supersedes any realtor I’ve had. She listens to her clients and doesn’t waste their time showing homes out of price range or taste. Sharon stuck with me for 2 years while I was trying to find my perfect home. She spent countless hours sending and showing me homes. Her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market are exceptional. Because of that, I did not overpay even in a high market. Not only did she help me find THE home, but she also helped me with issues that came up after the purchase. Sharon will see her clients all the way through the process and beyond. Excellent transaction with Rudy (our second). If you are looking for a realtor that knows Siesta Key, then he is your guy. In both our transactions, we explained what we were looking for briefly and in short order he was able to give us a number of different options. He also has excellent connections with the local banks and insurers, so finalizing a transaction in Florida for an out of state person is simple. Can't recommend working with him enough.

It’s a real pleasure to write a testimonial for Robin. My situation is a bit complicated as I live in Europe and after selling my house in Oregon, I realized I had only 45 days to find a new place to purchase if I wanted to avoid paying capital gains! Robin understood the urgency of the situation and started to look for a condo in Tampa right away. I had to rely on her advice and professional judgement, and I am so happy I did. In no time, she had identified a few places that were within my budget and met my criteria. Not being able to see them in person, she toured them and shared them with me live via WhatsApp. Robin could refer me to professionals regarding 1031 exchange and FIRTPA issues. She was behind every little detail, helping me with the condo association documents, finding a reliable insurance company, opening a new account for the utilities. If she didn’t have an answer to one of my questions, she would make sure she found it within the same day. Robin is an excellent communicator and pays great attention to details. She made the purchase of buying a condo from Europe easy, lucrative, and full of excellent, professional advice. During this whole process, I felt totally supported as she was fully engaged and available. Even after the condo was purchased and closed, Robin made sure everything was ok and even offered her help on additional issues that were not part of her mission.
