As out-of-town buyers, we were anxious to say the least, but Judy did an exceptional job every step of the way. Beginning with the FaceTime tour, Judy was careful not to “oversell,” which we especially appreciated as we were not represented by our own agent. Judy wanted to be sure we knew about the condition of the home and she took care to point out everything that might require repair. We met Judy at closing and we were very impressed with her thoughtful customer service, like making sure we had a list of the prior owner’s service providers. She even checked back with us after we moved in to see if we needed anything. Summing up, Judy stands out compared for being highly professional, ethical, conscientious and easy to work with.

My husband and I live out of state and in 2016 we were in the market to look for a vacation home on Siesta Key. Thanks to the detailed biographies on the Michael Saunders website, we were able to find the right agent -- Ethel Lovelace and make an appointment with her. We had one week to find a home. To best serve us, Ethel listened to our thoughts and asked very good questions. She is familiar with Siesta Key, and she has a detailed knowledge of the communities on the Key. She was able to give us a good overview of each of the dozen+ homes/communities we looked at that week. Her expertise was critical in helping us find the right home. In fact, we chose to buy the very first home Ethel showed us. She nailed it! Ethel guided us through the negations and contract process, and she was able to provide us with local contacts for a mortgage, insurance, etcetera. Because of her oversight of the many details, our (remote) closing was a breeze. She even provided us with recommendations for furniture, household accessories and great restaurants in the area. We have made many wonderful memories in our ‘home away from home’ and are incredibly happy with our purchase, and we truly have Ethel to thank for this. This is not the end of our story….in late 2021 we asked Ethel and her team to help us narrow our search for a home in a golf community in the Sarasota area in which to eventually retire. Much to our delight, we found the perfect home and we were under contract for our ‘forever home’ within a month. My husband and I live out of state but have a vacation condominium on Siesta Key that we purchased in 2016 with the superb help of Ethel Lovelace. In late 2021 we reached out to Ethel and her team to help us narrow our search for a home in a golf community in the Sarasota area in which to eventually retire. That is when we had the golden opportunity to meet Mina Johnson. Mina took us to look at homes in different golf communities to help us determine which community best fit our needs. Thanks to Mina’s expert knowledge of the local golf communities and her experience and expertise in renovating homes we were able to find the right home, for the right price, in the right community. Our new home will need a makeover, but with Mina’s input we were able to envision the possibility of renovating and turning this into a beautiful home for us to enjoy for the rest of our lives. Mina was instrumental in evaluating the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the home and she worked tirelessly with the selling agent to negotiate the sales details and subsequent lease-back. Five stars. Hans has done a super job keeping us up on prices of other homes in the area that are comparable. Hans advised us and helped stage the house for showings starting tomorrow. We have paintings on the pool walls ,and there are several lobster claw plants. To add to the ambiance, he brought us a 5 foot lobster claw plant in a large pot with a red plant in the bottom, and he said it’s ours to keep. He and Rebecca have been very professional and helpful. I will recommend them to our friends.
