After listening closely to what we sought in a home to purchase, the first house we toured with Hans fulfilled our criteria. I believe we viewed two additional homes and then went back to the first and successfully submitted a bid the next day. Additionally, after closing, I knew we were going to have a “mail” issue since we had 3 different Florida home addresses within a six month period and we were leaving to travel to our summer home. We devised a plan whereby Hans would accumulate the mail at our newly purchased home and forward it to us. It is now over two months post closing and he is still forwarding the mail, as we continue to await all the post office changes. I appreciate this “extra step” because repeated mail forwarding can turn into a true nightmare!

Jackie was excellent. She found out exactly what we wanted and could afford and helped us find it. She was excellent in dealing with our Seller and helped us obtain exactly what we needed. When I decided to finally sell my condo after owning it for 20 years, my first step was to find a realtor who had knowledge of the Siesta Key market and the skill set to secure a timely sale of my property. From my first contact with David, I knew that I had chosen the appropriate realtor. After spending 45 years in the business community, I have always found that the best person for a job is someone who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. David exemplified each of these principles. With continuous and timely communications, we navigated through the sale process and in a matter of a couple of weeks David was able to locate a buyer and move the transaction to closure. While I am not someone who normally writes reviews, I couldn't let this opportunity pass. How many times can you say that a business relationship leaves you feeling like you have made new friends?
