Michael, I have been aware of you and your company for over 40 years, beginning as a young art student at Ringling College. I have always been impressed by your stature in the community and the professionalism of your company. My wife and I were fortunate enough to have retained Mimi Kruk to represent us in the recent sale of our home. She was absolutely wonderful. We cannot praise June enough! We've been fortunate enough to have June's services for both of our two home transactions in Sarasota. Both were during difficult market conditions. June was our buyer's agent in the long, deflating market of 2009-2010 and we wanted her as our seller's agent in the hectic seller's market of 2021. In both cases June was unfailingly patient with us and our concerns. Each market presented unique difficulties for all parties. When it came time to sell my home I automatically thought of Bernadette. Having worked with her three years earlier, there wasn’t anyone else I would consider using when selling my home. Daralyn is a friendly approachable agent who is client focused. She takes the time to listen to buyer’s requirements and does her utmost to find what the buyer likes. She replies to emails/phone calls very quickly and if she doesn't know an answer to a question, she will get back to you with quickly. Daralyn is not just an 'agent' she very quickly becomes someone you know you can talk to and trust with any concerns you have about your build / relocation. She goes the extra mile to make sure that her clients find exactly what they are looking for! I can highly recommend her.
