Daralyn was so helpful in helping us find our perfect spot to build our home. Since we knew very little about the area, Daralyn drove us around so we could better understand what Charlotte County offered. Daralyn took time out of her busy schedule to walk through dozens of lots that were wet, "soggy", and with heavy vegetation, many times alone just to find our perfect lot. I would recommend Daralyn to anyone and will be our only choice if we ever decide to sell.

She is honest and sincere with listing a property. She also has great attention to details and does her research within the area. I would trust my sale of my home with her plus finding me a new property.

I recently had the Privilege of providing financing for one of Daralyn's Clients. She was a Top Notch Agent and went above and beyond to find the Perfect Home in a Challenging, Fast Paced Market. Then once she had the Contract executed she was extremely helpful to me as the Lender in providing information, organizing documentation, scheduling inspections and making sure that the process ran smoothly and efficiently. Definitely a Great Agent!!! Thank You Daralyn

Daralyn is the best! Her knowledge of construction and the process was invaluable in aiding us to build our new home. This insight would still be needed even if looking for an existing house. Daralyn's communication skills are fantastic and she really listens to your needs and wants, but at the same time can suggest ideas that were not thought of, in a wonderful and respectful way. She truly loves what she does and wants nothing but to make her clients happy. We could not have found anyone any better in our search to build in this areal Florida!

We purchased vacant land in Florida in 1988 and in 2019 decided it was time to consider building our vacation home. We spent a weekend checking local builders. From the moment we met Daralyn we felt like we had known her for years. She was very responsive to all of our questions since it was our first time building a home in Florida. We returned home and began the process of reviewing the many builders. During this time Daralyn was available for all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with her and we would definitely reach out to her again for any real estate needs.

Daralyn worked with us for three years while we searched for our perfect Florida home in the best community. She not only spent time with us while we searched locally but shared information continuously while we were in Massachusetts preparing to move. We would and will recommend her to our family and friends!!!!

We worked with Daralyn 5 years ago to buy a lot in SGC and get it prepared to build on. She has just helped us purchase the lot beside us that we had been eyeing for a couple of years but hadn't moved on it. She made the deal for us. Her knowledge of the area and the process it takes to get things done was invaluable for both purchases. We highly recommend Daralyn! She made our retirement dreams come true!!
