Josie was a client of mine and I knew once I was ready to sell my home, I wanted to use her because I felt she was trustworthy and would take care of my family. Last year was hard for us. My husband was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and I had to leave my career to care for him full time while he went through treatments, surgeries and hospital stays. I became a bit panicked when the medical bills started rolling in. I thought it might be a good idea to sell and possibly move closer to my family, but I didn't really have a plan. I called Josie and told her I wanted her to sell my home. Josie could have made a good sum of money off of us, our home had grown in value quite a bit and I know she had a line of people wanting a 3/2. I shared my situation with her and I was shocked when she told me she didn't think selling my home was the best idea for my family right now....and she was right. I will forever be grateful to her for putting my family's needs before her own, really considering my situation and the incredible amount of stress we were under. She recommended we instead look into lowering our interest rate, and offered other home saving advice to help with our medical bills. We are still in our home a year later. When we are ready to sell, Josie will be the one we will call.

We just completed a purchase on a home in Sarasota. We were extremely happy with Rudy's service.
