Daralyn was awesome to work with, she has super strong knowledge of the area and made good recommendations around what to look for when buying and what to stay away from. We threw her for a couple of loops in our search and she took them in stride. I would highly recommend Daralyn to anyone looking to buy a home, lot or investment property

Daralyn was exceptional. My husband and I were looking to purchase a particular parcel of land. As it was not for sale, Daralyn reached out to the owner of the land (a process that took several tries). She worked to get an agreement. Then when the seller totally changes his mind, she worked to get a new agreement. During this longer than it should have taken process, she kept in touch with my husband and I to keep us informed. Explaining the pros and cons of what the seller was offering. She went above and beyond. And was ALWAYS looking out for my husband and my best interest. When she was showing a home in the same area as our land, she snapped a pic and sent it to us. Small things like that might not seem like a lot, but when you are an out of town buyer they mean the world to you!! If Daralyn puts all of this energy and effort into helping us buy a parcel of land, imagine how great she would be selling your house or helping you buy a new one!!! Our thanks and appreciation for all Daralyn did for us.

Daralyn is an absolutely wonderful agent to work with. My husband and I live out of state and we reached out to her about a piece of property we own in Florida that we wanted to build on. She was instrumental in helping us coordinate with a lender for our construction loan as well as helping us choose the right builder for our needs. Daralyn was there to help us every step of the way, sharing all of her knowledge to ensure we made the best decisions when it came to choosing our builder and the floorplan for our new home. Her list of resources is amazing, ranging from lenders, builders, insurance agents as well as specialized contractors. She has a contact for each step of the building process who could advise us. Beth Ann Boyer is the best realtor anyone could ever have. We bought a new home and she was with us every step of the way. Beth Ann explained the buying process, came to our design meeting and was with us when we had calls into our site manager. We can't say enough good things about Beth Ann. I want to take the opportunity to comment on the recent sale of our home at 5547 Arnie Loop, Lakewood Ranch. Jack and I have moved our household in military and corporate life more times that we can accurately recount (do we count all the times we lived in temporary quarters or rentals for a few months while waiting to move in?) When we sell or buy a home, we generally interview two or three agents from different companies before selecting the one we want to work with. In this instance, after having a conversation with Sandi Dietrich, we made an immediate decision not to look any further. Sandi’s friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism are unsurpassed. Sandi always responded to any question, concern or need of ours, and she always responded immediately. That doesn’t happen very often in today’s busy market!
