I utilized Michael Saunders and specifically Patty Brooks to find and purchase my first home. What a pleasure to have Tim Koons-McGee by our side as we bought a home in Sarasota! Rudy was great. I had a difficult property to sell and all I had to do was follow his directions and he and his partner Allison Sadar showed the property to someone who paid my asking price in MAY 2022.
