Audrey couldn’t have been more helpful with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. Extremely responsive and always on top of every aspect of the transactions. Rob and his wife Luisa were fantastic. They made home selling process so very easy for us. They helped every set of the way They helped coordinate with vendors to get the house ready for sale. A realtor with your best interest at heart. He will give you an honest assessment of your property's worth. If you're selling he will help you get the property in the best shape possible letting you know what's needed for you to sell at the greatest price. He is knowledgeable not only in interior updates but also in exterior yard and curbside appeal. Although I had planned to remodel to get the property back in shape his suggestion helped with upgrading the total package without spending more than I originally planned.
