Best Realtors in Sarasota, actually in Florida! It was amazing to see Philip and his Associate , Wayne take on the sale of my home! Not only did it sell in three days, but I didn’t have to raise one finger! It was like, being being cared for by dear friends. There were little concerns that popped up, but were immediately resolved for me! It was a true pleasure to work with Philip and Wayne and I would recommend them to any seller or buyer for sure! Kudos to them and many thanks! Don’t use anyone else!!

Jill worked with me for almost a year trying to find a little farm. She was patient and on top of the searches. The one thing that stands out about Jill is she listened to what I wanted and stayed focussed. She did not waste my time with trying to show me properties that I didn't want. It was not an easy but she followed through and in the end she made it very easy and enjoyable. She is honest, puts in the time and hard work, follows up and was always extremely professional. She is outstanding and I would happily recommend her to my friends and family.

We had a fantastic home buying experience utilizing Jennifer and her associate Morgan Sherman.
