Good realtors are hard to find. After we fired our "list and run" realtor, we took a little break. In the meantime, we were flooded with solicitations from realtors. Bob stood out to us, we decided to meet with him. We listed with him. This is what we were pleased to learn about Bob. Bob listens, and has years of experience with fair suggestions. When he promises to do something, he does it. When you have a question, no matter what is is, he answers in a very timely manner ... usually within minutes. Bob is honest, has integrity, truly cares, and delivers. He sold our home within two and a half weeks. (To a really great guy!) We didn't fuss with an open house, and we had seven showings on the first day of our home being listed. Selling your home is a BIG DEAL! And Bob gets it.

Leah was such a great help in staging our home and getting it ready for the crazy market we are in. She explained the whole process and took the stress out of it. She knows the Bradenton/Sarasota market very well. Buying or selling, you need to work with Leah!

I would highly recommend Vicki to anyone looking to sell their house. She responded immediately to all of the questions that we had. She is second-to-none when it comes to explaining all of the details of the transaction. Even though our house was in a more modest price range, we really felt appreciated. There is no question that we would use Vicki again.

We had a very positive experience with Elizabeth and believe she went above and beyond to make the selling experience as painless as possible. She provided end-to-end support from bringing in staging experts and getting the home ready to sell, to meeting each showing in person (not "you're on your own" app based scheduling which was an extra weight off us), to meeting inspectors and vendors. She helped make the selling experience seamless and easy. And all the while providing that extra level of personal service.
