My wife and I engaged in an 8-month search that included consideration of everything from Naples to Sarasota and we were assisted by other agents in those markets as well. None went out of their way to assist us more continuously or effectively than Richard. I particularly appreciate how Richard engaged us in numerous conversations trying to ensure that the properties he was presenting were ‘right on target’ for our stated goals. He was scrupulously objective in his observations and advice and became a trusted consultant in our search. As we were out-of-town buyers he repeatedly went out of his way to offer local help and made several trips to our intended purchase in order to observe or confirm particular items about which we had questions. He quickly arranged for a home inspection to be accomplished and we closed in 30 days. We simply had an excellent experience – he was professional, friendly and skillful in everything he did for us.As Richard lives in the Founders Club we are particularly looking forward to counting him and his wife as friends in the future.

Marcy is a breath of fresh air. She listens to you and then goes into action. Marcy was excellent at communicating and keeping us updated on any listings that met our criteria. Our buying experience with Marcy was amazing, as we really did not expect to find exactly what we were looking for with the current market. Marcy did find us the home we were looking for, a new house and it had a larger pool, and we were fortunate to be able to make an offer and not deal with a bidding war. Marcy was also our selling realtor, and once again, she made the process easy and delivered on promoting our property and selling it for what we asked with ease. Thank God for Marcy as we wouldn't have been able to accomplish this without her, as we both work and did not have the time to do all the leg work involved in home hunting. My wife and I recently spend the month of April in Sarasota, FL; we had the honor of spending our time in a condominium which was rented to us by Anna Varone. We had an incredible experience, her condo was in an excellent location - we literally minutes away from everything in Sarasota. Everything was almost within walking distance, e.g., Publix, CVS, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. It was no more than a five minute ride to downtown. The unit was very clean and recently remodeled; our free parking space was steps away from the unit. The swimming pool was hardly used and we felt we had our own private pool all the time we were there. This is a 5 STAR experience and we highly recommend working with Anna and considering a rental for one of her units.
