We talked with Kathy Barrie prior to our arrival in Florida on a vacation about looking at some houses. She sent us some information in the mail about the Lakewood Ranch area which was very helpful and interesting. We chatted back and forth about what we were thinking about as far as homes. Upon our arrival Kathy spent a couple of days taking us to new builds in the area that met our criteria. She was so professional and knowledgeable about the areas. Her sweet and fun personality made it easy for us to talk to her. She was able to give us some good ideas and helped us understand the housing market in the area. We have not made any decisions as yet as we are still trying to decide where we want to have a winter home. However, Kathy continues to keep us informed about houses that come on the market. We highly recommend Kathy for your realtor needs.

***Maryann Casey - Five Star Realtor and Person*** We had been true blue Venice residents for almost 30 years counting the years both our parents wintered and then permanently lived there. Then two years ago we met Maryann Casey and the rest is history. She was personally recommended by a friend to just show us around Manasota Key. We were very upfront about not being serious buyers but she still treated us like we were her top customer. She asked the perfect questions to determine our price point, location/house type and lifestyle preference then set up home visits according to them. After viewing a variety of homes we walked into one and instantly knew it was the one. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've made. Just finished closing! Jackie was great, handled the meeting without us and everything went smoothly. We were retiring from Chicagoland and started looking in Venice over a year ago. Having a pet restricted our condo options but Jackie kept her eye on all options and lead us to our new home. Wanting to make some enhancements she provided numerous recommendations for contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. we highly recommend Jackie.
