The entire process went by smoothly, problem-free, and relatively quickly! I've know Bob for years and knew that I would ask for his assistance when the time came to sell my mother's home. When the time arrived, he enlisted the assistance of Carolyn and once we all met and the paperwork was signed, the process was flawless. An offer was made quickly, accepted and no snags were encountered. Unfortunately, with my mother's passing during the process, I thought that everything would be delayed; however, there was only a tiny bump. All in all, I am so pleased to have worked with Bob and Carolyn and appreciate their efficiency and expertise.

Maurice was wonderful to work with! He and his partner Lin Dunn sold our condo for a record price in a very short time. Maurice was present for all showings, which we appreciated as he was able to give potential buyers information about the condo that the showing agent might not have known. He knows the Sarasota market extremely well, and responded quickly to texts and calls.
