You could not ask for better service and professionalism than that which Jennifer Thayer offers and executes. We really appreciated her excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and responsiveness. She listens to what the client is looking for, and identifies properties that are very well suited to each client. When listing a property, Jennifer is also highly skilled. I have bought and sold at least 7 properties so far in my lifetime. Jennifer is by far the BEST agent I have ever worked with. She is efficient, amazing, intelligent, and also caring. She has an incredible work ethic and clearly knows her business! She fights to do the best job imaginable for you. It is clear she gets the job done and truly goes above and beyond and above and beyond to make it all work - and make her clients happy! She certainly made this client happy through what was a difficult process - yet she make it all work! Thanking her is not at all enough! My husband and I needed to sell our home in Sarasota because we are relocating to Oregon. We have never attempted an across country move and with so much planning needed for where we were going, we had little time and energy to focus on the house we needed to sell. Terri was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and always available to help us and steer us in the right direction so that we could focus on all the steps after selling our house. Rachel Angers is the realtor to cherish in Sarasota County. She knows the market and the local area extremely well. Excelling as a Riverview High “Ram”, she also became active in our community marching with the band and dancing at Scottish games and local Highland events. Thus, she remembers roads, streets, and neighborhoods from the “early days “ of Sarasota and generously shares the background of places with her clients. This makes viewing and discussing prospective properties much more interesting and educational. She personally cares about each client and their individual and family needs. This makes an incredible difference as Rachel realizes many clients are fussy about the “details.” Perhaps my husband and I can best be described as “detail oriented” clients. Little things mattered to us: the timing of the close, our age and our ability to cope with a move, a nationally recognized title company with first-rate credentials. Rachel complied with trying to satisfy all the “little details” for both sides, seller and buyer. She wanted to achieve maximum satisfaction and a happy resolve for everyone, thus guaranteeing a solid real estate close with smiles and handshakes for all, with no disappointment, no angry transaction. How did Rachel do all this? With constant communication and check points to make sure everything was on track. She never slacked off with her attention. She was willing to work early mornings and weekends to make sure everything happened the way it was supposed to. Yet, she never overstepped her boundaries by becoming too chatty or personal. She was always most professional and a great representation for Michael Saunders Company. Truly, my husband and I have bought and sold homes in four different states, from the West Coast to the Eastern Shore.
