Tammy is amazing! My husband and I have never met a more hard-working, professional and supportive realtor. She was patient when we wanted to look at numerous properties. She was always responsive to our inquiries. She provided us valuable and helpful insight into the Venice market while we searched. She then walked us through the purchase process. Finally, what really set her apart from being just an above-average realtor, were her efforts to help us even after we closed on our condo. She is the best! 5 stars are not enough!!

Christiana has been such an angel of a seller’s realtor!! I chose her because she lived in my housing development and would be very familiar to the wonderful opportunities here. Once we started, I knew I had been blessed with the right decision.I have as living and closing a work apartment on the east coast—a three hour drive. Christiana was safe, reliable, professional and empathetic enough to help with decisions. She recommended safe and reliable craftsman to make the small repairs needed to sell any home. She worked around my 25 year son’s work schedule and when I was there every weekend. When I was overwhelmed, she would suggest small workable tasks to accomplish the whole plan.After I had emptied 18 years of possessions, with the help of recommended professionals, she staged my house so lovely that I hated to sell!!I wanted only 3 days of showings, and she organized 100 showings as if a General commanded troops (but nicely).We had 42 offers and she stayed up all night to organize a spreadsheet. That must have been a lot of work. I chose the best offer for my needs, which was considerably a positive surprise.Afterwards, her photographer took pictures of the staged house and she made a hardcover book as a keepsake of the house I raised my son in!!! She mailed it to my new address and what a thoughtful and lovely keepsake!!!She is destined for great projects in the future so if you need a realtor now, you had better get her now!! We recently purchased our Dream Home in Englewood with Irene's assistance. What a great lady! She did everything in her power to ensure that we closed on time and without any hiccups, including managing all the third party groups needed to close. Even after we closed, she helped by meeting contactors at our home to complete repairs that we could not be available for. Finally, she presented a very personal gift to display in our new home. I can't say enough!

Rudy did a great job. I was particularly impressed with how easy he made the process for a seller. He really limited his requests to us to critical items and took care of many details without us needing to get involved. Rudy is a real professional!!

It was our second time working with Debbie Vogler. She represented us in purchasing a property in 2017 and our experience was excellent - extremely professional, very responsive, and just a joy to work with. Well, when we needed to sell our property this year under tough circumstances - she surpassed our very high expectations. Debbie handled anything and everything to help my family - we needed to handle most of the sale remotely. Meet the contractor to handle some repairs? No problem. Collect and forward across key mail? You bet. Pool is looking a bit low on water, she adds it before the pool people. Updates every day. And of course, she got us a great price and the home is going to another family to appreciate it.
