I found Tammy via a referral from family friends in the area. I am located in NY and had a family member unexpectedly pass away in Florida. The first thing I did once things settled down was find Tammy and from there on out the process was smooth as could be. The house was fully furnished and Tammy helped to assist in finding auctioneers to liquidate the belongings. I accidentally let the water and electric bills go past due and one day during a visit to the house she found the notice and paid them without a hesitation. She was a tremendous asset in the process and there is no way I would have been able to handle everything going on without somebody like her on my team. She coordinated all the steps of the process making my job easy and much less stressful than anticipated. She staged the house perfectly and we got into a multiple offer situation, all much over asking price and ended up closing with a great cash deal with no bumps in the road. Although I am not local to FL so I cannot recommend Tammy to people in person I hope this review serves as a reason to do business with Tammy as she will not steer you wrong! Thank you again Tammy!

Lisa did a great job in a market that was changing daily. We just missed the true value of the house and had it overpriced. I am glad I did not listen to Todd and reduce my price too low and investing in several projects that would of cost over $50K.

Jennifer Thompson was excellent! I met Mrs. Thompson while visiting an open house. The house was a no-go, it was too small. Unfortunately, I didn't find a house that day, but what I did find was a professional and energetic real estate agent. I hired Mrs. Thompson to sell a house that I had been trying to sell on my own for more than 200 days. She worked diligently and was successful in getting it sold quickly. I highly recommend Jennifer Thomspon!

To say Denise is a great realtor would be understatement for sure. Our family is new to the Sarasota area and she was so helpful in finding us a rental home. We moved all the way from Indiana and Denise was there every step of the way. Besides being professional, honest, and reliable, she is kind, personable, and great at her job! We for sure have a new friend in the area which is nice when you don't know anyone. We are getting ready to look for our forever home very soon and there is no one else we would trust more than her to help us with that!
