Katie was a phenomenal realtor! She made the experience of being a first time home buyer way less scary. Before we even started looking, she clearly went over all upcoming steps with me and all the expected closing costs wisp that I wasn’t blindsided by the numbers when I reached out to lenders. She made everything way less complicated and advocated for all my needs. While I didn’t feel pressured to go with her recommendations, she did provide amazing recommendations on lenders, inspectors, title agents, etc. the process was so much smoother than I thought it would be and I’m so thankful for Katie.

Beginning in early March, Robert committed to help us sell our home, taking care to inform us of the intensity and competitiveness of the current real estate market.We listened carefully but will just as candidly admit that our previous 30 plus years' experience as home buyers and sellers did not prepare us for a maelstrom of housing markets, financial insecurity, and an intense need to make up for lost time due to the pandemic. My wife and I have purchased many properties over the last 30 years, including properties in Bradenton, St. Pete Beach, Tampa, Longboat Key, Key West, and St. Maarten. We have worked with many real estate agents on these transactions. Barbara is far and above the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. Barbara was courteous, on-time, extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, professional, and reliable. She was also very flexible about meeting us on short notice to view condos and she was very patient with us as she showed us many, many condos. Her creative skills enabled us to purchase a condo exactly where we wanted to buy as a result of her idea to do a mass mailing to all owners of the condo development where we wanted to buy. These mailings were successful in matching us with a seller. Barbara definitely is the gold standard of real estate agents.
