We recently had numerous showings by Tammy Mast and found a home that we both really loved! Tammy was very professional and over the top very helpful with all of the information that we needed to buy this property. We had lots of questions about maintenance and inspections and she was there for us all the way through to the closing of the property and beyond! We have really appreciated all the help we have had working through this. We couldn’t be at the closing in person so all the transactions were done via email and it all worked out great!

Stephanie Annable worked with us during our trip to Florida to look at houses on the secondary market as well as lots and new construction. Because we were in Florida for a short period of time, we had time constraints and had to limit what we looked at. Stephanie laid out our entire itinerary very thoughtfully and gave us invaluable insight into various areas and developments even before we arrived. As a result, our trip was very focused and productive. Stephanie guided us based on input from us about our preferences and we never felt there was any pressure at any point in time to make an offer for any of the houses we saw. We are extremely happy with our experience with Michael Saunders and how professionally Stephanie conducted herself. She is extremely responsive and goes out of her way to find answers to all our questions. She understood our concerns and made sure we were comfortable before moving forward. We had listed with Michael Saunders in the past, with great results…so deciding to go with them was a no-brainer. We had planned to interview 3 real estate professionals, something we have done with all our past sales. During the conversation with Mark, it became clear to Susan and me that he truly had his act together, and was ready to hit the road running. The following week was spent by Mark and his team preparing to go to market. With every new step, it was clear we had made the right choice. The home was on the market for a day, and we had an offer that exceeded the asking price and the buyers were ready to move. Once we had contract in hand, we had to start looking for a new home and Mark was quite helpful here in this part of the transaction. The home we did purchase, which we love, was well known by Mark as it was a model home and we closed on that property in record time. This part of the transaction was a bit scarier as we all know landing a purchase deal for a new home these days is no easy task, but working together with Mark, we were successful! Mark, is very professional, knowledgeable, interacts with people nicely, works tirelessly, and is a joy to be around.

Dennis was terrific. We moved from Pennsylvania and Dennis tirelessly showed us homes when we were in town. He really tuned in to what we wanted. Because we trusted him, we bought our house based on the video Dennis sent. Dennis found the perfect house for us.
