Thank you to Ann Martin and Joanna Benante for their professionalism, care, and concern for us as both buyers and sellers during our most recent move here to Sarasota. Lori Bollinger exceeded our expectations. It was clear to us that she did a lot of work behind the scenes to keep the property visible to extended prospects nationally. Our interactions were minimal and only as needed so we were free to live life normally throughout the process of the sale. What can we say about Queen Judy... In the past, we have praised her professionalism, her knowledge, and her ability to listen and find the perfect property for us, my mother-in-law, and our daughter. This is the first time we have utilized Judy’s expertise to help us sell a property. Surprise! She didn’t disappoint! When we decided to list our rental properties, she met us at each villa, walked through, and gave suggestions of small changes. Lori Bollinger had the instinctive knowledge of the real estate in this area because of her long-standing residence in Lakewood Ranch. Realistic pricing structure along with her methodical approach to the timing of listing the property was key in our decision to work with her. One of the traits we liked the most was how calm Lori was from start to finish. Her diligence in every detail was noticed and appreciated. A quiet strength type of person and in these times that was a blessing.

I’m not sure we can just write a short note about Sherry. We absolutely love her and in our three dealings with her, we consider her our friend. Her professionalism, sense of humor, kindness, and ability to rectify certain situations got us through any rough spot. She sold our condo in less than 30 days during the pandemic. Sherry never gave up and always boosted our spirits when we were discouraged. She is a true wonder and if we ever move back to Longboat we would always ask her to assist us.
