Connie Cousins Baker is phenomenal, and that is an understatement. She is knowledgeable, friendly, calm, and an excellent active listener. I cannot find the words to adequately express my gratitude for how she helped us manage our Atlanta home search from New York during the global pandemic in such a short period of time. Robin was an absolute pleasure! We had limited time in Sarasota to view homes, and there was also low inventory. Robin patiently listened to our needs and wish list. She quickly found homes for us to view that met our needs and wish list. Because of Robin's efforts, we found our perfect home! She walked us through every step of the purchasing and closing process. Robin was simply fantastic. From our initial meeting and taking us around to homes quickly, as we were from out of town and didn’t have much time, to the myriad of steps through the entire process to our closing was just perfect!! Her knowledge, conscientiousness and follow-up, and helpfulness couldn’t be beat. Would completely recommend her to family and friends.

Katie was very helpful throughout my buying process, even in the competitive market we are in. She was very quick in responses - on top of communications.
