Jennifer is by far the most congenial, kind and helpful realtor we have ever had. She brought us breakfast to our hotel, met us for cocktails and when she found they didn?t have any gluten free crackers, which I need, she called her husband and within five minutes he was there with a box of gluten-free crackers! The best part of it she was able to negotiate the price we were willing to pay for the beauty of the items within the condo we chose. She is a wonderful person, and I am happy now to call her friend.

Simply the Best! Denise helped my husband and me find the perfect second home. After learning our interests and desires, she researched and toured us to multiple locations so that we could get a ‘feel” for Sarasota and surrounding locations. Denise spent a lot of time with us and by the end of the day, we landed on the perfect location and community. We felt an instant connection with Denise and by the second day of our search she delivered an offer on our behalf. Throughout the closing process (which was quick!) Denise was available, responsive, helpful. Whenever there was backup needed (not often), Nicole was always there. I could go on and on… Buying real estate can be a stressful process. Outstanding professionalismTracy Jones knows what she is doing. She understands modern methods of marketing and gets results. She doesn't make promises, which is good, but she exudes confidence in the getting results that the buyer hopes for. No request is beneath her nor is any question subject to ridicule or dismissal. She is extremely professional but also very kind and pleasant. From the first meeting I knew she was a straight arrow and would be wonderful to work with. I was right!
