Melinda sold our mother’s condominium on Longboat Key. Without her help and support through the process I would have been very unsure about the sale. She is a very bright, committed, efficient, and thoughtful real-estate agent. I was very stressed about selling this home as it had been in our family for many years. The property was left to both my brother and I so this made me more nervous about making the best choice for a quality realtor. I spoke with many other agents before deciding on Melinda. My brother and I feel we made an excellent decision. The sale was smooth and the price we got was very fair. Karen provided me exceptional support. There were many problems associated with my purchase including a change in address from the address on the original listing and problems with the selling realtor.
