We had a really great experience with Jennifer Thompson through our purchase of 4872 Antrim Drive in Sarasota, FL. We interviewed a few agents, but Jennifer listened and was truly interested in what we wanted and to know a bit about my family to make sure she showed us houses that might truly be a fit. Being out of state, she helped explain Florida real estate laws and practicing and was very good in some of the give and take needed to get the sellers to agree to some of our inspection wishes. This is the third house we had purchased, and it was by far the best experience. I cannot say enough about Jennifer.

Philip and his partner Wayne are the best! Every question I had, every phone call or text I sent......all answered with the utmost patience and clear answers. He even helped me sell some of my furniture. First rate service.
