When I had to sell my property after the loss of my mother, I was truly grateful to work with Skyler. He was very understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. All the things I needed at this difficult time. I wanted to sell quickly and quickly it was ! As soon as I was ready, Skyler had pictures done and the property listed. He always worked with me and made things so easy on my end. Always there to answer any question I may of had. Needless to say the property sold extremely fast AND above asking price ! Elisa was extremely flexible with us and we kept pivoting in this market. Our initial thought was buy something on the "keys." However, we pivoted and chose something downtown and a new build. She worked diligently to secure what we wanted...lots of emails back and forth for this new build. Always was patient with us and explaining every step of the way. She is professional in all her dealings and has your best interest at hear.

Everybody worked hard at this sale, as I am alone in Albuquerque with a 14 year dog, so I was unable to view the property directly. My late wife's closest friend viewed the exterior of the house and said it was perfect for me, a seventy year old retired dentist who is primarily interested in community service. I am presently stuck in Albuquerque because July 26 was the earliest date I could contract a reliable moving service. In the meanwhile Mr. Topper and Ms. Domaski have been very helpful in contacting a local business to keep the yard neat and cut so the property is less likely to be targeted by people like vandals, or worse.

The best realtor in Florida! I couldn’t have found a better realtor for the purchase of my home in Florida. I met Philip at an open house and when I found another house for sale in the same neighborhood I called him with a request for photos of the house because they weren’t online yet. He went to the house a few hours later and toured the inside and out with photos and video. After I went back home out of state I had to really ask for a lot of help and advice when I wanted to make an offer. He was super helpful in getting me through the offer process. There were eight offers total and I got the house! He was so nice every step of the way and stayed in contact with me all the time. Buying a home is very stressful and he really eased my concerns. He is very responsive and returned my calls right away. Philip is a great realtor with a wonderful friendly personality. I have another family member who will need a house in the fall and you know I’ve already recommended Philip. If I ever decide to sell he will be my first call.

I spoke to Mrs. Lomanson just yesterday and she was very cordial and efficient through out our conversation. She asked important questions and had answers for my questions.
