Where do I start? Jackie came highly recommended by someone who had searched for an agent who wasn't just looking to make a quick sale and had the integrity, knowledge, and attention to detail we were looking for. From our first conversation, it was obvious Jackie was focused on building a strong connection and finding out what we really wanted in our next home. Beyond square footage and beds/baths, she wanted to understand our lifestyle and what we most valued in a home and community. This was especially important for us as we were on the West Coast and unable to jump on a plane to see properties. The idea of buying a property sight-unseen could have been extremely stressful, but she went above and beyond to be our eyes, ears, and "boots on the ground". She immediately felt like a trusted friend, providing us the direction and support we really needed throughout our search and purchasing process. Through it all, Jackie kept us on track and helped us find the perfect property! It's in her nature to build a strong partnership with her clients, and she was just about as excited as we were to have found this wonderful place to call home. Now that the boxes are (mostly) unpacked, I just want to say what a honor and privilege it was to meet and work with her through in this crazy market! Marcy was awesome to work with and she helped us find our beautiful Florida condo! Initially we were looking in a different part of Florida before redirecting our search to Punta Gorda Isles (PGI). Our original realtor was not able to show us the PGI properties in the timeframe we required so he linked us up with Marcy. She worked diligently to schedule our viewings that same morning and follow-up the next day for second-looks before we were flying back to Michigan. Marcy was fantastic throughout the entire process! She was extremely organized, thorough, very well-versed on the market, and extremely personable. Marcy maintained excellent and timely communication from start to finish too. Hands down, Marcy is deserving of a 5 star rating!! We would definitely refer family and friends to Marcy!

Great Agent! Will use again! We used Zita Bowers to sell our rental property, and she was great. We had tenants who did not want to move and tried to be as difficult as possible. Zita was professional and courteous to the tenants but also firm with them and did everything needed to get the job done while working with these difficult tenants. She is persistent, knowledgeable, and professional, and cares about the customer she is representing and protects their interests through the whole process. We highly recommend Zita and will use her again.

Jennifer is without a doubt the best, most complete agent we have ever worked with in selling a home. She was tireless in getting it on the market and dealing with the many offers we received for our home. As we were out of the area, we spoke with her to give her the parameters of the house we would like and the areas in which we wanted to live. She checked out properties that met these parameters and she used FaceTime to show us each property, pointing out the high points and low points. This personal attention was greatly appreciated. When we came back to town, she had a list of properties to visit. As we were in town for only 3.5 weeks, we appreciated the personal attention she gave to this list by narrowing down the many choices available to only the ones that would meet our criteria. She told us about others, but we chose not to look at certain homes, but that was our choice. When we found the house we chose, we put in an offer immediately, Katherine presented it and we were the lucky ones to have this be our new home, when we returned to Georgia. Even with multiple offers, Katherine was able to help us achieve our goal of purchasing our beautiful home prior to leaving and having it accepted by the sellers. She was able to expedite the purchase in order for us to sign papers to accommodate our travel plans. Katherine is very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. She knows about the areas in which she shows and if you have any questions about something that she cannot answer immediately, she will always go to the office and investigate the information and contact us within an hour. We loved working with Katherine and will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent
