Marcy was the best agent we could have hoped for. She is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. Re: 18037 Ohara Drive, Port Charlotte, Fl Before putting my vacant lot up for sale, I did some research on various real estate firms, and was not too impressed. I was then referred by a friend to try BJ Jones at Michael Saunders & Company. In our first meeting, he took the time to explain some of the history of Michael Saunders and presented me with a complete marketing strategy for the sale of my property. It gave me a complete understanding and overview of what the histories were on other sales and pending sales in the area. In addition, he took the time to explain about feasibility studies in Florida and what could transpire after it was completed. It left me with little or no questions later on in the completion of the sale. His patience and understanding with my lack of updated computer software at times also proved to me he was not lacking in any customer service. I am happy I listed my property with Michael Saunders and it was a pleasure working with BJ. I will definitely reach out to them when I decide to sell my home. Thank you, Ms. Wagoner

We have known Anja for almost 10 years, and she was our real estate agent when we bought our first house in Florida. Recently, we decided to put our house on the market and reached out to her for advice. She gave us an accurate assessment of what our house could be worth in the current market environment. When we decided to sell it, she took all the actions to ensure a successful promotion and, within 1 day, was able to find a great buyer, and work with both sides, to ensure a smooth sale. Our initial plan was to move into a rental for some time, until the market settled down, but we did give Anja a wish list of the kind of home we would be looking for next. Within a month, she found the perfect home for us! Given the very tight home market, we were concerned with the prices and having to get into a bidding war. However, Anja worked her magic and convinced the listing agent to stick with our offer, regardless of other potentially more attractive offers, and again worked very hard to ensure the transaction went in our favor and smoothly. Anja will go above and beyond to work on your behalf. She is knowledgeable, very hard working, sincere and our go-to person for any of our real estate needs.

I worked with Anja for approximately 3 months to purchase a condominium in downtown Sarasota and in these 3 months Anja has gone above and beyond for me and my girlfriend looking at properties, analyzing the marketplace and helping me throughout the entire purchasing process.
