Good afternoon Sharon, In my 40 years as a real estate attorney and after handling 1000’s of closings, I rarely comment on the roles and actions of the real estate agents involved in the deal. In this case I am making an exception. We just closed a complicated and difficult transaction today. Marcy went above and beyond to help us make the perfect decision for our new home. Living out of state and having the market dynamics at the time made it extremely hard to respond and have the essential information needed to make such a huge decision for a second home. Marcy took videos, provided quick and concise responses to our questions so we felt very comfortable with the offer and result of the purchase. Working with Irene was a true pleasure. She is attentive, efficient, and more than helpful.
