Pat was an exceptional realtor for me and my family. She was able to sell our house that had previously been on the market 2-3 years, on and off. Marcy went above and beyond to help us get our house sold. She helped with staging and gave us advice all along the way. She knows the real estate business inside and out. After her staging, we had three offers the first day the house hit the market, and ended up over asking price! I highly recommend Marcy, if you are selling or buying. She will support you 100%.

True Professional! We needed help in selling my father's condo in Long Boat Key, FL while at the same time moving him into a new assisted living community and with me being in northern Minnesota. A reasonably complicated deal with a lot of moving parts and we needed someone to take care of "everything", just tell me what needed to be done and when. The transaction went off without a hitch and Philip seamlessly took out all the hassle, was on top of everything, listened and communicated effectively, coordinated all the parties, ect, ect, ect! Marcy put the thought and her marketing skill into selling our home that had been on the market previously for several months.
