Robert was the sellers agent in our purchase. His commitment to not only his clients concerns but both ours is what made this enjoyable experience. Can't say enough positive things about Kathy Callahan. My purchase was made difficult by the seller not wanting to sell their home, yet Kathy remained calm and persistent and resilient. My business partner and I had an investment property for several years and decided to sell. The day after the tenants moved out, Tori had painters and other various contractors in our home to make sure the work was completed ASAP. The work done was well done and we were able to put it on the market within 2.5 weeks. After 2 days on the market, we received multiple offers and a settlement that occurred in 12 days! I highly recommend Tori whether you are looking to buy or sell as she is very responsive and 100% trust her in getting the job done!
