Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed working with Klaus and Nora. We feel they gave us good advice on pricing and during the negotiations. They were receptive to our ideas about photos and wording of the narrative, and one of them personally conducted each showing. Customer feedback we got was that their patient face time helped make the sale. The ultimate sale was to an internet buyer from out of State and the lead came through the Michael Saunders network.

Cathy Goldstein made this process so very easy and pleasant despite being in a pandemic. She is very calm and very knowledgeable about what to look for in a home, a neighborhood and a community. She understood my needs before I could even verbalize them. In addition, she is very professional in the way she presents herself to other agents and to me. She is a class act. Cathy is a very good listener and became a great advisor during this whole house buying process. This whole process went very fast due to the market and I am very grateful for her sage advice and support and am also a bit saddened that I will not get to spend more time with her as my agent. Jennifer was perfect for our needs. We found her strictly through online reviews based on what we were looking for in an agent. She worked with us remotely before we were in Sarasota. Took us around to see multiple places with her full attention. Answered all our questions and gave us her opinions as we got to know each other. Months later, she went out of her way to walk on the empty lots available so we could see the different views through her iPad. We purchased a place and are very happy. She made the buying experience much easier for us.
