We worked with Janis when we moved to Sarasota as a young family and were very happy with the support she gave us then. Fast forward 20 years and several moves later, we were looking to buy a condo in the Sarasota area, so we contacted Janis. Janis has a fabulous knowledge of the different options in Sarasota and after hearing what we were looking for and our budget, she helped focus our search. Once we identified a property, Janis helped structure our offer to avoid prolonged bidding and to achieve success. Ron Collier, in the background, took care of all the paperwork and in ensuring that we had at least a couple of different options for closing, inspecting, home warranty, etc. Considering we purchased the property without stepping in FL the process was seamless. When first moving to Sarasota, we found Keith & Wayne through a search in Realtor.com. They were veryhelpful in setting up a portal to review properties. When I traveled to Sarasota to view properties they took 2days from their schedule to view the selected properties. We then handled the remaining paperworkelectronically. When we arrived in Sarasota for closing they helped walk us through the remainder of theprocess. Because of their excellent handling of our property, we did not even consider using anyone else.They listened to our concerns and we negotiated a great sale of our Sarasota property. Deborah came prepared with good market statistics and added to that her personal touch of friendliness and genuine concern for being of the best service to me. She is very professional while being down-to-earth, listening attentively to my needs and wishes, and she had some interesting ideas about preparations and showing.
