Ben was fantastic to work with start to finish. I had listed a commercial property with him and I wasn’t expecting to get it rented at my price but after several months of hard work he got it done. He was communicative with the new tenant and also helped with the contractor to make sure the remodel was done properly and that the tenant was pleased. He even gave me advice about how I could get the contract done. Definitely a professional

We just bought a piece of paradise in Longboat Key. Kathy was just outstanding throughout the whole process. She helped us with all the matters, always with a big smile and a positive attitude. She was definitely the one responsible to make this dream come true. Since we live in California, not only the distance, but also the time zone difference, not to mention the pandemic, were all huge obstacles to enable this real estate transaction to happen. Nevertheless, Kathy was always there to put everything together making things easier on us. She negotiated fairly, and perfectly organized appointments, inspections, attorney's meetings on our behalf. On April 15, 2021, we finally closed on a beautiful condo. We are so grateful and especially lucky to have found Kathy to help us on our search of the perfect vacation home. We can't thank her enough. Kathy became a friend for life. She is kind, honest, hardworking, patient, a super human being. Thank you Kathy for everything!!!! We look forward to enjoying the beaches and sunsets in Longboat Key.

We'll first give some credit to M.S. & Company for their foresight in bringing Ms Cohen into their employ. She in our opinion represents their organization… exceedingly well.and we're extremely happy that she was onboard. Long story short, 99.9 percent of our dealings with Ms Cohen was from out of state (1K miles away), and in trying to purchase a home, that's no simple task nor is it necessarily a comfortable situation, especially having only one exceptionally short face -to-face with her. Our experience was not totally smooth sailing, however, Andrea met the challenges as well as gaining our trust. She's absolutely Professional yet very Personable. Knowledgeable and Responsive, addressing our questions and needs regardless of the time of day, night, weekends, and on a several occasions when she was off the job clock (for which I apologized). To me, that's service above and beyond, and as a career military soldier/family, I believe I can make that statement with some been there - done that authority. Thank you Andrea.
