Nancie is a delight to work with. She is very patient, listens closely, and works hard to understand exactly what you are looking for so that she can finetune a selection of properties that tick all your boxes. She also knows when to stretch your boundaries a little for the right deal or the property that will tick those boxes with a little work. She knows the market, has great connections for services you'll need as you go through the buying (and/or renovating!) process, and is a good partner throughout your search. I had the unfortunate task of being the executor of my Mother estate. I live out of town and had to trust the agent I choose to represent me and my interests while not being able to see in person what was reported to me was happening. With that said, Judy went above and beyond my expectations. Judy represented my interests as if they were her own. She was responsive attentive and understanding of all my needs and concerns. If and when I am in the market in Sarasota she is the only agent I will ever use!! FAIR AND HONEST.
