Initially meeting Lisa, I felt at ease and very comfortable in discussing my needs. She was always helpful in every aspect in making suggestions for selling my property, often going out of her way, going the extra mile by placing extra staging items on the counters and bathrooms, and helpful hints for staging in the other rooms, making the home more appealing to the buyers' eye. I did not know Ana, got her info from a fiend in Manhattan. I don't know where to begin - I was nervous about relocating from TX to FL and tried to get help from half a dozen realtors with no luck. Ana was God sent, she did so much for me you can't imagine. I would not have made it w/o her. I will certainly use her for my condo or house search when I get ready to buy. As a homeowner for many years, I simply never realized how important and valuable the right realtor was for the sale of my home until we were blessed with the services of Kathleen Griffin and the team at Michael Saunders. My wife and I are convinced that the initial preparation, staging, and choosing the right team is what makes it happen. Not only did it happen, but it happened the first day the home was on the market. As the saying goes “it don’t get no better than that”. So often it can be the little things that matter, in our case, it was not only the attention to detail, things we never considered, but it was the professional demeanor exhibited and the way the entire process was managed. Working with Kristen was exceptional! She is so kind, nice, knowledgeable, and will help in any way needed. She is such a special person! She always communicated well and quickly. Answered all questions, helped in anything needed. Really loved meeting her and working with her! She is amazing! Worked with Lou on the loan part. She was very helpful also. Answered a ton of questions quickly and very well. She would work at night to get things done. so helpful, so knowledgeable! I really, really liked her! Wish I could have met her! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Our agent was Joanne Jenkins and we could not have been happier with the job she did. She made us feel comfortable and at home. She was always available whenever we had a question whether in person or on the phone. During the process, we felt like we made a friend.
