I have moved many times and been exposed to many realtors. Tony Boothby is by far the best that I have ever worked with. When we first engaged him we told him upfront that we were just tire kicking it and wanted to know the lay of the land. He did incredibly thorough research and spent the day with us driving us around showing us different communities and units. He is particularly knowledgeable about River strand where we park were renting as he has a place there. We enjoyed our stay at River Strand so much we decided to buy a condo there. Tony stepped us through the process and provided us all the information and insight that we needed. He was in constant touch with us and no request of ours was too small for him to handle. He suggested workarounds for some of the obstacles we faced. Tony is one of a kind.

Sometime around October 2020 I called Genny Ramachandran to discuss selling a residential building lot that I owned in Punta Gorda Isles. I told her there would be a slight problem since I had bought the property some 30 years earlier in a self-directed trust for an IRA and the name on record was still that of the trustee. Genny understood the problem and I listed the property after completing the voluminous documents which were required in order to list the property. She was such a terrific help to me in doing that, that I decided to increase the real estate commission by 50 % because of all the work she did for me. I’m sure that doesn’t happen very often.I called a local attorney to assist in having the owner of the record name changed, which he did with the help of Genny. Genny is a knowledgeable agent with a great personality. She is a pleasure to work with. Having been a career real estate broker myself, I can recognize competence in the business. I would have her on my team anytime.I have to think that the service I received extends throughout your company and that yours is one of the elite real estate firms in Charlotte County.

I am very happy to report that I am completely satisfied with the professionalism that was displayed both with the selling of my property on Pinehurst and also the purchase of my new house. Betsy and I could not be more pleased with how professionally and thoughtfully Alex represented Michael Saunders & Company. We haven’t purchased a house since 1986, and never in Florida, and he was patient in leading us through the process. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. Ryndie was extremely professional, explained the process very well when I had questions and promptly returned my test messages and phone calls. She handled all communications with the buyer's broker, coordinated with my attorney as needed and kept me informed throughout the entire process of selling the property. I would not hesitate to use her as my agent again and would gladly recommend her to others.
