If your looking for a realtor that knows the North Port and Port Charlotte area then Sergei is your guy. We had very little time to find a home since we were being transferred here from Indianapolis. He lined up several properties for us to look at. Luckily we found our perfect home within a day or two. He handled everything in the process and always answered my texts and calls. We would use him again! Job well done!!

I had to find a house in a very short period of time in a red hot market, where houses were under contract in 24 to 48 hours, for what I thought were ridiculously inflated prices. Tony stuck with me and negotiated me to a purchase where there were nine other bidders. Always patient, always knowledgeable. I love my new house and recommend Tony highly.

We had met with Laura about two months prior to listing our home. She provided a market analysis to show other homes in the area, length of time on the market and asking price. She was well versed on the market trends and more specifically what was happening in our neighborhood. She gave us a to do list to prepare our home and I believe this set us up for success. We were under contract in less than 2 days and closed in under a month! I believe this is all because of Laura and her strategies. I would give any potential client my recommendation to list and buy with Laura!

We listed our home with Jennifer‘s help, the day before the 2020 election! Even before the listing, Jennifer was there for us offering suggestions! She was very professional and in a Covid pandemic environment very proper, she was always there when needed!I’m a gatherer, seamstress and quilter. I had gathered a lot! Jennifer was very excellent at letting me know how our home would show the best to prospective buyers! She has a great sense of humor and we laughed a lot together!Jennifer had showings almost every day, many days multiple showings.Jennifer made what could have been a stressful situation a piece of cake! Our experience with Michael was excellent! We actually met Michael in his neighborhood while we were visiting Sarasota Jan 2020. When we started looking for a home to purchase in 2021, I made a call to Michael, and we began working together. We were happy from the start. He was in contact with us nearly everyday, providing updates, documents, and information from lender, seller's agent, and insurer. He was always available.
