Our experience with Christy Neff and the selling of our home was nothing short of amazingly wonderful and nothing less than "5" stars. She is the consummate professional. From the explicit detail of the staging of the home to the orderly management of the prospective buyers, what we apprehensively feared before hand was actually an exciting and satisfying experience. We were blessed and fortunate that there was no shortage of interest in our home, which Christy deserves most of the credit for the outstanding way she advised us how to get it prepared. The photography presented for public viewing was spectacular and resulted in over a thousand viewers and hundreds of "Likes" in the less than 24 hours. The numbers could have simply been overwhelming and unmanageable had Christy not taken the professional control and command that she calmly exhibited. I mention this because the average homeowner is not equipped to handle this kind preparedness or response. We had numerous offers above our asking price the first day of showing and a contract by the close of the first day. I would argue that if someone is seeking a realtor, don't look any further than Christy Neff and the team at Michael Saunders and Company. Thank you Christy and keep up the good work.

Moving to a new state with limited familiarity of the area could be very stressful. Identifying the right agent iscritical to minimize the stress. Keith and Wayne graciously introduced us to Sarasota and patiently guided usthrough the neighborhoods during a short house hunting trip. Their organization and thorough knowledge ofthe area made the task manageable and produced very positive results. We found a place that checked allthe boxes and met all our needs. We recently moved in and couldn’t be happier. I credit Keith and Wayne formaking this a smooth and very favorable experience.
