I let her know what I was in the market for, and she reached out with information, ideas and properties I may be interested in. "I'll find you a house" she said, and she did. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. Robin goes above and beyond (gives 110%), listens and meets the needs of the client. Suki is amazing pure and simple. She worked with us to find us just what we wanted off the beaten path and then again to sell our villa in Siesta. She asks the important questions and really listens to find out what is important to her clients, and then diligently sets out to meet their wants and needs. Suki is extremely knowledgeable (and that knowledge is not limited to just Siesta Key and Sarasota), unbelievably hard working, creative in her approach, quick to respond to concerns and questions, and makes you feel like nothing is too difficult or an imposition, not to mention one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I cannot recommend Suki highly enough when looking to purchase or sell a property.

Robin was extraordinary to work with! She was extremely collaborative throughout the entire process; always accessible to us when we had questions or concerns. She took the time with helping us to better understand the sales process. Prior to the listing she was meticulous in her review of the home while providing constructive feedback to us. Post contract she was in regular communications with us, keeping us abreast of any and all progress that was being made towards closing. We would highly recommend Robin and we looking forward to working with her again in the future.

I highly recommend Jennifer Thayer as a Realtor, whether you are selling or purchasing a home in St. Pete. Jennifer has been my listing agent when selling our previous 2 Condominiums as well as our agent when purchasing our new home. In all cases, Jennifer has demonstrated her exceptional abilities, hard work, and determination to be the Best! My husband and I purchased a home in Sarasota without ever leaving NY during this COVID pandemic. We are pretty certain this would never have happened if we had been working with someone other than Angela. Before Angela, we had worked with other agents who rarely answered their phones and who barraged us with e-mails but never seemed to listen to what we were looking for. Angela went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. She toured the homes we were interested in with her camera phone in hand providing valuable (and oftentimes brutally honest and funny) commentary. We could practically smell the odors in some of the homes as she described them to us! In the end, Angela worked tirelessly to find exactly what we were looking for and we are now the proud owners of a beautiful Sarasota home near family and friends. We would not hesitate to recommend Angela. She is a wonderful person, who will work hard for her clients and her enthusiasm is truly contagious.

My husband and I recently relocated to Florida from Michigan and Jen was our real estate agent. We ended up purchasing a property in foreclosure which can be a tricky transaction. Jen handled every detail in a very timely manner and everything went very smoothly. She always communicated with us throughout the process and always responded immediately with any questions we had. Being from Michigan she was also very helpful in getting the information we needed to get settled in Florida. Selling a home is often fraught with trepidation over the nightmare of prolonged market indifference coupled with an aloof marketing professional. This could not be further from the from the truth in our recent home sale experience we had with Michael Saunders' Richard Hearn. From the initial listing moment through the closing, Richard was fastidious in advising us about sales preparation, arranging showings, sorting offers, negotiations, and the closing process. No one could be more professional, courteous, candid or honest than Richard. We thoroughly enjoyed our association with him and thank him for the successful and timely sale of our home.
