Working with Keith Kropp and Wayne Rogers is a Five Star experience.We recently moved into our new home in Nokomis and are loving it. A few months ago we decided to relocateto Sarasota from Washington DC. We attended open houses for some time and got to know the area.When we were finally ready to make the transition to Florida we contacted Keith and Wayne and are so gladwe did. They are always quick to return calls and were our advocate throughout the entire purchasingprocess.We had narrowed our selection to five homes we had seen online. I bought a Longbeach village house through Matt . Deal went perfectly .Matt even stayed very late one night get the contract signed .Should you choose Matt you will find a guy who will give it you straight. He is very knowledgeable of the market in Sarasota and Longboat Key . I am a developer in Uk and Europe and do not recommend lightly .

Bought an old cottage in Longbeach village through Matthew Voss . The whole transaction went perfectly. Matthew stayed very late one night to get contract signed .Perfect deal buyer happy and seller happy too .If you are thinking of using Matt, you will be glad you did! .

Judy did a fantastic job on a not so easy to sell property that was in the name of a trust (in IN), due to an estate. She was VERY helpful and thorough. We could not have completed the sale without her! I would highly recommend her and use her again, if the opportunity ever arises.
