Your entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. When we first saw the property come on the market, we initially called our local realtor, Jeff Bodeau, located right here in Glastonbury, CT to get things started. Jeff immediately took the ball and hooked us up with the MS LBK group and your people went to work right away. They worked tirelessly on a weekend to take care of every little detail and they were always available. We first spoke with Carol Cohen and I quickly got the impression that this was a seasoned professional with years of experience. She patiently worked with us and outlined all the initial steps in an understanding and caring way. She turned over the project to Angela Adams. OMG, what a dedicated dynamo! She worked long hours and was always a text or phone call away. I sensed a genuine concern for our cause in working with her and many times, my wife and I would just look at each other after a call and say to each other, "Can you believe that woman?". I didn't have the chance to meet Gail Wittig but she did a meticulous live video of the unit for us which helped us in our decision to purchase this unit. We are absolutely "blown away" by the level of service we received. In speaking to other owners at Harbor Villa Club, this seems to be "par for the course" for your company. Your reputation precedes you.

I have made 3 property purchases in Florida over the past few years and each time Brian Meskil was my agent. I can’t say enough about how well his customer service is. My impression of Brian is that his only concern is not just the “sale”. I believe Brian’s main concern is finding exactly what his client is looking for and making sure that the client is 100% happy with the property they do purchase. With his concern for the clients' needs and wants, the “sale” takes care of itself.Purchasing a house can be very stressful but when working with Brian it’s a very comfortable and confident (in him) process.

This is the third piece of property in which Brett Hendricks has represented us in one year, never failing to exceed our expectations in service, knowledge and exceptional hard work. My father passed away and I used B.J. Ratigan to sell my Dad’s house. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the market and community. I felt valued as a client and his suggestions to get the property ready were very helpful. The house sold in less than 24 hours and over the asking price. I live in Texas and B.J. made the process of selling my Dad’s house while being out of state effortless. We plan to sell our house in Texas in the next year or two and plan on using Michael Saunders & Company again.

John priced our home exactly where it should be and it sold in two days. He called us several times during those two days to check on our well-being and to keep us updated on developments. My daughters and I have been delighted with how smoothly and successfully the sale of the Crystal Sands condo has gone. Lenore Treiman has been wonderful to work with. Judy Skornicka Swartzbaum, my Morgan Stanley broker recommended Lenore. From past experience, I would have called Michael Saunders & Company. Linda Dickenson sold our house on South Lakeshore when we came here to Plymouth Harbor. Thankfully, this will be my last real estate transaction. I can only say extremely positive things about Suki! Suki is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in the Sarasota area and is dedicated to meeting client's needs. She showed us many properties so that we could really hone in on what we wanted in a property. We were out of town through most of the purchase process and Suki handled it flawlessly. We recently purchased a vacation home on Longboat Key. We worked with Susan Katanic. We found Susan through luck — just by doing a web search of properties and ending up on her page. How lucky we were!! Susan was nothing short of fantastic through the whole process, and she remains fantastic even though we have already closed the deal. Our realtor, Sandy Limberger, recently did an outstanding job selling our vacant lot in Burnt Store Lakes. As a resident of 'the Lakes', she is very familiar with the market, as well as local rules and regulations.
