We were extremely satisfied with the experience Michael Saunders gave us. Our realtor was Cindy Niccolls, she made the whole transaction, from beginning to end so easy for us. I don't know what we would have done without her as we were out of the state during the process and her flexibility and eagerness to help us in any way possible made it that much less stressful. She was always so pleasant and cheerful. Also, paperwork was done efficiently and timely from your office. I would say it was an all-around wonderful experience.

Without Shelly Addessi we probably would still be searching for a home. Shelly met with us and paid special attention to our needs. We explained we had no place of our own and needed a home quickly. Shelly immediately created a portal and tailored it to my individual specification. She had us looking at homes the very next day. Her knowledge and experience guided us through all phases of purchasing a home. I was impressed with her skill in contracts and how quickly she created and amended them. Shelly's resources in the trades help answer questions on the spot allowing us to make decisions very quickly. Shelly started out as our realtor but is now a close friend. I have purchased and sold homes in the past but no one compares to Shelly. Thanks for coming into our lives.

My father-in-law recently passed away and has a home in Lakewood Ranch. We have been tasked with closing out his estate which includes selling his home. Since we live up in Lutz, FL, we knew finding the right agent was going to be critical to a successful sale. After doing some research on the sale history of his home, Deb's name started coming up as having sold it and as we did a bit of research on Deb's successful real estate career, we felt that we had found the perfect person for a reason. Fast forward to meeting her the first time, we absolutely knew without a doubt that we would be listing with her. Not being from the area, she has been a Godsend helping us find contractors to do some repairs to the home before we were going to list it. We are thrilled to say, we were under contract before it even hit the market. So much of the success of this is based on Deb's experience and expertise on how to bring max potential to the sale. She has been thorough, patient, focused and very, very honest with us through this process. I am happy to say the official closing is tomorrow and we would not be at this point were it not for Deb. Since the beginning of the process, Ray's advice, guidance, and assistance were absolutely invaluable. Early on, we were not quite ready to put our house on the market. Ray kept in touch periodically, even volunteering to help with critical shopping during the pandemic. When we made the decision "to go", Ray was immediately on the "spot". Without him, we would have found everything overwhelming. Ray kept us "sane" and on track. He arranged a high number of showings, his advice always well-grounded. He was a "joy" to work with. If we are ever in the market to buy/sell a house or recommend an agent, Ray would, by far, be our first choice.

Robin Sullivan provided exceptional professional service to us in the pursuit of a new home in Venice. She went out of her way to show us homes that fit the criteria we were looking for and spent a lot of time with us in that pursuit.
