We met Philip more than a year ago prior to our relocation to Sarasota, Florida. Although our relocation was delayed, Philip kept us informed of available properties within our criteria. Once we completed the relocation we sat with Philip and outlined a strategy. We touched on 70 properties in about a six week time frame including basic inquiry to making an offer. At no time did Philip allow us to become discouraged! He kept up our spirits and reinforced that we have not yet located the right property. And he was right; the property we found was love at first sight! From offer to contract to closing there was not a single bit of confusion or anything that caused us concern. Pam was referred to us by dear friends she had previously helped find their perfect place. Pam was amazingly patient with us as we worked to find the right place for us. She answered all of our questions very candidly and knowledgeably. When we asked her opinion she shared it. Once we found the right property, she helped us navigate negotiations and finally tie up all the loose ends as we moved toward closing (getting work completed at the unit, gathering required condo info, etc.). I can’t imagine how Pam could have been more amazing as our realtor. And now in addition to having our dream home, we have a new friend! Thanks, Pam!

A fantastic and dynamic team, Laura and Stuart Lawrence, the only realtor anyone looking to buy/sell in Sarasota should consider. Their knowledge and extensive network of anything related to real estate are top notch. From our New York home we were able to go into contract and close on a Florida condo during the pandemic and snow storms with the help from Stuart and Laura, they worked through the challenges with grace, style and professionalism. George and I wanted to pass along our appreciation for all Amy did for us in finding our dream home in Florida. We started the process over two years ago with getting a feel for the Sarasota/Bradenton area and what type of house we would like. Amy was very patient and responsive throughout the entire process. When we finally did decide on new construction it was during the Covid crisis preventing us from traveling to FL from CT to see the development in person and to check on the building progress. Amy stepped in and followed up with the builder on delays/clarifications as well as sending us weekly video updates on the progress. We couldn’t be happier with the great service she provided and care she displays for her clients throughout the entire process. Virtual acquisitions are not easy but Amy put our minds at ease to get us comfortable that everything was completed as expected. Now that we are settled in our new home we couldn’t be happier with our decision on our new home purchase as well as our decision on realtor. Well done Amy. Thank you for doing a phenomenal job.

John was fantastic on every front—he was attentive to every single detail of the house and purchase (including providing approved architectural plans on a historical home/location), emailing to “check-in” along the way, anticipating our questions with answers. He was extremely thoughtful (we had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room at the inn when we visited BG) and was always immediately responsive to any call or email. Even after the purchase, he has kept in touch to see if he can keep helping us in any way (since we live in Tampa). He is unquestionably a great agent and person! And there is no doubt that we will refer his contact information to any friend who might be looking on the island.
