I can't even begin to express my gratitude toward Yvonne and the work that she did to get our house sold. The process was impeccable and when it went to market everything was in place and showed to perfection. We listed on a Friday, had 3 asking price offers by Monday and it was closed 3 weeks later on a cash deal. She stayed in constant communication with us making sure we were doing the things we needed to do to keep the process rolling. She helped us with recommendations on contractors to complete the few items we needed to be done as part of the sale. She dealt with the seller's realtor by consistently being clear and concise with him, providing clear and pointed information specifically around the insurability of the home. A note to let you know how much we appreciated Bibi-Ann for all her professionalism and patience in our house hunt in Sarasota. We knew we wanted to live in Sarasota but did not have a realistic view of the market. She patiently showed us condo’s in the price range that we requested. It took us a while to finally realize that what one finds in that price range was not acceptable for us. We were looking for a good value that would retain its resale value in the future. She also helped us realize that the sooner we moved our hunt on the better we were going to be, as inventory is a bit low. She was correct and we found a condo that fit our needs. Her knowledge of all the buildings in downtown Sarasota and the surrounding area is impressive. Bibi-Ann helped us retain an excellent attorney for closing. She saw everything through to the end.We are thrilled with our new home in Sarasota. We will definitely call Bibi-Ann for our next move. Dan did an outstanding job for us. He was polished, professional, extremely knowledgeable, cordial, patient, and helpful from the first showing through the closing. He was always available and left no details undone. The Covid situation complicated many aspects of this process along with an eccentric and difficult seller and a realtor from another company that left many issues undone. Danelle went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. Her experience and knowledge of the market were exceptional. Her communication skills and professional demeanor were top notch. We purchased our first condo in Venice, FL in 2015 and worked with Janet Oberholtzer. She was great to work with and made it a pleasant experience. When we decided to sell the condo and look for a house we wanted to work with her again. She sold the condo in record time and then helped us find the house we were hoping for. Janet was very helpful in both transactions. Neither of us is very computer savvy and she walked us through each step while we were back here in Indiana and everything went smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. In fact, we did recommend Janet to one of our friends and they were also able to purchase the house in Pelican Point last year. My husband, Michael, and I recently purchased the lot located behind our home in Rotonda West. We called Mary Jo Claudius, mainly because she was instrumental in the purchase of our home in 2015, ( in a mortgage capacity) but we also knew she possessed many qualities that make a great real estate agent.
