We wanted to commend Cole Collins. Cole diligently worked on our behalf for the home we wanted. He was knowledgeable about the area; he was available to answer calls and emails. Cole was able to recommend locals for insurance and remodeling and banking and other businesses and explain Sarasota utilities. He was flexible in scheduling tours and time conscious as we were on vacation when in town and even FaceTimed with us when we were not in town. Kudos to Cole Collins!!! I had interviewed a few Realtors that were recommended to me and Jonnie was by far the best! She has great communication skills, listens to her clients, wants them to feel comfortable in their decisions and she is honest. She always would ask, "what can I do for you, or let me know if you need anything." I will always highly recommend Jonnie as a Realtor. With Robert Goldman, you have a person who can maintain the relationship and get the deal closed. This was my fifth transaction with Robert. He listed and sold two of my homes and he sold me the condo I’m currently in. We had a challenging buyer on this latest transaction. I was so thankful that I had someone with Robert’s background and experience on my side. He did not let an emotional buyer derail the deal. Derryle researched every evening for our particular needs and capabilities and showed up at our hotel the next day with a plan designed to show us the optimal properties to suit our very specific criteria. She was a joy to work with and while we realized the shrinking inventory, she surprised us daily with new listings! Quite incredible, particularly in these COVID times. My wife and I recently purchased a home. Our realtors were Rebecca and Toma Milbank from your Lakewood Ranch office. To say that they did a spectacular job would be a gross understatement. From the onset, they guided us through a maze of complex variables including a very tenuous situation where we had two contingencies. Throughout the entire ordeal, their knowledge of the real estate market and their ability to anticipate our needs was extraordinary and made us feel that we were their only clients. First of all, let me say that without Angela and your company, we would have been totally lost and probably still not in our new home. Angela was referred to me by my cousin in New Jersey, who knew her in their younger days. My situation was a bit unique in that we were relocating from overseas and coming in blind. After dealing with a somewhat shady realtor on another house that we barely got out of, I was in a panic. Angela swooped in and went way above and beyond in helping us out. I want to personally thank you for all that your company did for us. I wouldn’t ever do it again long distance the way we did, but since we had no choice and this is our forever home now, I am forever grateful that we had Angela on our side. Rob Dardas was the agent assisting with the sale. From the time of initial contact, Rob made an effort to maintain effective communication, develop trust and allow my wife Caroline and I to feel confident that the sales process was being optimally managed. Rob was easy to contact and very responsive. He made himself available, even on weekends and evenings. Rob, in a very organized and credible manner, presented condos with recent sales comparables and made it easy to agree on a reasonable sales price. Rob quickly zeroed in on a prospective buyer and managed negotiations expertly with a very satisfactory final sales price. Rob helped with my search for an attorney to assist with closing arrangements.
