Your sales associate, Karen Brown from your Punta Gorda office, sold my wife's and my Condominium on October 19, 2020. The Condo sold for $50,000 more than any other condo in the history of the Harbor Landing condominium development.Obviously, my wife and I are happy with the result. Michelle was beyond wonderful. She was attentive, honest, and we never doubted that she had our best interest at the forefront. She is so kind and sweet and she always made us feel like we were her most important clients. We felt so bad that we had to take her away from family things due to our time running out to find a place. She acted like it was no bother and accommodated more than she had to. Helene is the most outstanding realtor we've ever worked with, and we've worked with many realtors over the years as we've bought and sold numerous homes. I've rarely met any professional who excelled in every aspect of their job. Helene is such a professional. To summarize, she - listened patiently to learn what we wanted, - educated us on all the different areas and options, - kept us updated and informed when we were out of state, - pounced on our behalf when our home came on the market. I want to take this opportunity to sing out praises to Shelly in the Punta Gorda office. We started the process back in June when we were here on vacation. Shelly had properties lined up for us to view and when we couldn’t find the right place at the time she continued to send us places, conducted FaceTime tours for us. When we went back and forth looking at houses and condos she always had our best interest in mind and eventually, we found what we wanted. Then of course the sell-buy odyssey began and she was right there. Shelly made what could have been a nightmare alright. Whatever you are paying her it’s not enough. Brett is smart, engaging, and really knows his market and real estate in general. Brett initially impressed me in that he “talked my talk”, though I was listening to a recording of myself only better! Brett’s enthusiasm is contagious and uplifting. Lou and I always enjoy the time we spend with Brett he has wonderful insight and ideas for the new house which we will start on as soon as he sells our existing property.
