We hired Tina Ciaccio to sell our house in the Concession and find us one in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club. Tina was by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She was friendly, courteous, professional, and driven to do well for me, her client. During the purchase of our home in the Country Club, she actually advocated strongly for me when things were going wrong with the deal. I've never had a real estate agent do that for me before. she facilitated the deal all the way through, always keeping me in the loop which was very important to me. While in the process of purchasing our new home, Tina also found us a buyer for the house we were selling, even before the listing became active. In a nutshell... My home recently sold, thanks to the efforts of Nancy Phillips and Beth Ann Boyer of your firm.In addition to the challenges of presenting a home during the lockdown, these ladies cleared many more hurdles. My realtors handled all the setbacks long-distance..staging the house when there were no stores open, finding contractors to repair things, and, supervising the contractors,finding ways to dispose of a home full of furnishings, and supervising the pack and move of the belongings.I felt when I chose this team that I was choosing the best. now I KNOW I did. I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had working with Drew Russell and Olivia Russo on a recent real estate transaction. I listed a home as a Trustee for one of my clients. Drew’s advice on preparing the home was spot on and we were under contract very quickly. Unfortunately, that deal fell through due to the buyer but Drew worked very hard and got a more solid offer within days. Marianne Lebar recently sold my property and additionally helped me through the purchase process of a new condo at Esplanade at Palmer Ranch. Selling a primary home during a pandemic was nothing short of challenging.
